Coyote Catsup Hot Sauce
We took a cue from Whataburger’s spicy catsup and gave it a gourmet twist. It is mango based, followed by the flavors of orange bells, carrots, tomatoes, candied garlic, mangos, limes, and passion fruit that play into the balance of sweetness and tartness. To kick the heat up a little, we use our Guatemalan habaneros and 7-pot peppers. This sauce is of mild to medium heat.
