Subscription Policy
Overview
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel your subscription purchases.
By subscribing, you’ll receive a curated box of products delivered to your door on a recurring 3-month schedule (or as specified in your plan).
1. Billing & Payments

Initial Charge: Customers are charged immediately upon signing up for a subscription.

Recurring Charges: You can select specific days of the week or month for subsequent charges.

If your initial checkout occurs on the same day as your chosen charge date, the next charge will follow your regular schedule.

If checkout occurs on a different day, the next billing cycle may skip to prevent double charging.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and available online payment options.

Secure Payments: Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Auto-Renewals: Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel anytime before the next billing date.
2. Shipping & Delivery

First Box: Your first subscription box will be shipped within the shipping window you select—typically within a few days of your order being processed.

Recurring Boxes: Future boxes will be shipped on your selected schedule, beginning three months after your initial purchase.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship nationwide within the U.S. only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

If you receive a message such as “Shipping not available”, it means the entered address falls outside our shipping zones or cannot be served. Please double-check your address or use an alternative shipping address within the U.S.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed once your box ships.
3. Modifications & Cancellations

Manage Subscription: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via the links provided in your order confirmation email or through your account dashboard.

Pause or Skip: You may pause or skip an upcoming shipment if needed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Address or Payment Updates: Update your billing or shipping details anytime through your account dashboard.
5. Refunds & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds for delivered boxes.

If your box arrives lost or damaged, contact us at info@hillcountryhotpeppers.com within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.
6. Gifting

Subscription boxes can be sent directly to gift recipients.

You can include a personalized message with gift subscriptions.

Gift subscriptions may be set for a specific duration and will automatically end after the chosen term.
