Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order! If there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@stillfireprovisions.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help. 

Due to the nature of our products (consumables like hot sauce and pepper jellies), we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. 

To request a replacement or refund:

• Email us with your order number
  

• Include a photo of the issue (if applicable)

• Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement
  
  

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days once approved.
