Customers are charged immediately when they first sign up. For subsequent charges, you can choose specific days of the week or month for your subscription to renew. If your initial checkout happens on the same day as your chosen charge date, your next charge will follow the normal schedule. If your checkout falls on a different day, the following billing cycle is skipped to avoid double charging.

You’re always in control. You can log into your customer portal anytime to cancel, skip, or reschedule a delivery with just a few clicks. No emails or support tickets required. You’ll also get reminder emails before each charge so you can make changes in advance.
