2 oz tequila silver

1½ oz Cointreau orange liqueur

1 oz prickly pear syrup

1 oz lime juice

1 oz Aji Jabito Jelly (for rim)

1 oz kosher salt + tajín mix (for rim)

1 Tbsp simple syrup or agave (or lime wedge for coating rim)

Lime wedges, for garnish

Fresh pepper, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Mix tajín and kosher salt in a small cup, then spread onto a plate.

Coat rim of a glass with Aji Jabito Jelly, then dip into tajín–salt mixture.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, Cointreau, prickly pear syrup, and lime juice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fill prepared glass with ice and strain margarita over.

Garnish with a lime wedge and, if desired, a fresh pepper.
Serve immediately for a sweet–spicy, vibrant cocktail experience.
