2 heads fresh butter lettuce, cleaned, roots removed

3 radishes, shaved thinly

Spicy Bleu Cheese Dressing
Ingredients:

85g fresh bleu cheese, crumbled

45g buttermilk
-
45g sour cream
-
30g mayonnaise
-
10g white balsamic vinegar
-
5g honey
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
25g Stillfire Provisions Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly (more to taste)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Combine bleu cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and pepper jelly in a bowl.

Mix until smooth and creamy, leaving some small bleu cheese crumbles for texture.

Season with salt, black pepper, and additional pepper jelly as desired.
Plating

In a large bowl, gently toss butter lettuce with half of the dressing, adding more if desired. Take care not to bruise the delicate leaves.

Transfer dressed lettuce to a serving bowl, spooning any extra dressing over top.

Tuck shaved radish slices into the folds of the lettuce.
